Sonic Summary

The position involves coordinating the safe transportation of hospitalized patients to and from their residences and appointments, as well as meal pickups.
The Mental Health Worker/Driver will assist mental health services staff with patient care activities and communicate any clinical issues during patient supervision or transportation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a current motor vehicle license with a clean driving record, and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transporting patients in a 10-12 passenger van.
The job requires standing for up to 80% of the shift, lifting over 10 pounds, and the ability to perform various physical tasks while working in a potentially stressful environment.

We are looking for previous experience with geriatric psych patients. CPR is required
