As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and progressive gymnastics experience for participants of all skill levels—from beginner classes for our youngest early childhood learners to school-age youth focused on fine-tuning their skills. On a typical day, you will: Monitor open gymnastics sessions to ensure safety and fun. Assist with curriculum-based classes that engage and inspire participants. Set up and take down equipment to maintain a well-organized environment. Build meaningful relationships to enhance participant and member satisfaction. Motivate and inspire youth to learn new skills through thoughtful demonstrations and hands-on guidance. To thrive in this position, you should bring experience working with youth in an instructional setting or personal expertise in gymnastics, dance, or cheer that fuels your enthusiasm for the sport.
