The Plaistow YMCA is looking for an energetic and personable individual to join our Member Services team. In this front-facing role, you’ll be the first smile our members see —and the friendly voice they rely on for information, connection, and support. Qualifications  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds. Previous customer service, sales, or related experience.
