ABA Express is looking for a passionate, energetic, and compassionate RBT/Paraprofessional to join our growing clinical team!

If you love working with children, supporting families, and helping clients reach their goals, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings
Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours
Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins
Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs
Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families

What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
Experience with ABA data collection and documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
