Position is contingent upon contract award

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operational oversight of site activities in support of contract requirements. This role directs contractor site resources, coordinates with functional managers, and ensures all services and deliverables are performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), program guidelines, budget requirements, and Government expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide overall day-to-day management and operational leadership for site activities and contract performance.
  • Direct and coordinate all contractor site resources in collaboration with functional managers to ensure efficient execution of program objectives.
  • Support the Enterprise Program Manager in reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines, schedules, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the site Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) and/or CLIN Manager for daily direction, task prioritization, and issue resolution.
  • Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce capable of executing all functions outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Ensure continuity of operations and uninterrupted support during contractor personnel transitions or staffing changes.
  • Monitor execution of financial activities to ensure alignment with Government fiscal year execution requirements and funding guidance.
  • Notify Government Points of Contact (POCs) of significant facility events, operational impacts, or issues requiring Government awareness or action.
  • Interface regularly with the Contracting Officer (CO), COTR, CLIN Manager, Government Points of Contact (GPOCs), and designated representatives regarding contract performance and operational matters.
  • Ensure successful delivery and compliance with all site-specific contract requirements.
  • Participate in and support meetings, briefings, discussions, and reviews on an ad hoc basis as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Experience supporting Federal Government contracts and programs.
  • Knowledge of Government contracting processes, performance management, and fiscal execution requirements.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed or multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a Government or contractor support environment.
  • Proven ability to manage operational performance, staffing, scheduling, and financial oversight within contractual requirements.
  • Experience interfacing with Government stakeholders, including COs, COTRs, CLIN Managers, and other Government representatives.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational continuity in a dynamic environment.
