Job Description:

Digital Growth Program Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Own the operating process and delivery execution for web experimentation and personalization from intake through launch and readout. Drive timelines, requirements, cross-team coordination, and measurement readiness to increase velocity and reduce rework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end workflow for Testing & Personalization initiatives (intake → plan → launch → readout → scale/handoff).

  • Manage backlog, prioritization support, and roadmap hygiene in the system of record (Jira/Wrike/AirFocus).

  • Translate requests into clear briefs (objective/hypothesis, audience/segment, experience requirements, success metrics, guardrails, dependencies, timing).

  • Own delivery plans, milestones, and dependency management across CX + Design, Build, Analytics, Marketing + Content Enablement, and Product.

  • Ensure measurement readiness prior to launch (tracking requirements, instrumentation validation, reporting location/ownership).

  • Coordinate launch readiness (QA/UAT windows, approvals, release timing and communication, rollback considerations, post-launch checks).

  • Run core operating rituals (weekly check-ins, grooming/planning, risk & legal reviews, stakeholder status updates, readouts).

  • Coordinate scaling and handoff paths:

  • Test wins → Marketing/Content Enablement for production execution when no product dev is required

  • Test wins → Product/Engineering when durable dev work is required

  • Personalization segments → Enablement for activation when applicable

  • Lead stakeholder reporting on program performance from experimentation platforms (forecast vs actual, outcomes, risks) and drive cross-team alignment to deliver against agreed goals. Partner with Data & Analytics team when deeper investigations are required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4+ years of program/project management experience in digital, marketing, product, or experimentation environments.

  • Working knowledge of A/B testing and measurement fundamentals (success metrics, guardrails, validity basics).

  • Strong requirements and documentation skills (briefs, acceptance criteria, tracking plans, launch checklists).

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and timelines without direct authority.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and attention to detail.

PREFERRED

  • Experience supporting experimentation or personalization programs.

  • Familiarity with common tools (Optimizely/Target, GA/GA4, GTM, Jira/Wrike, reporting platforms).

  • Experience partnering with Marketing/Content teams that own production campaign execution.

  • Experience collaborating and communicating broadly across an organization from Executive Leadership to offshore engineers.
