We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Oracle EDM Consultant to join our EPM team. This role is responsible for implementing and managing Oracle's Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDM) solution, enabling organizations to govern and synchronize enterprise master data across business functions and applications.

Note: This is a pipeline role, so our timing will be fluid

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EDM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into EDM models and workflows.
  • Register and integrate business applications with EDM using prebuilt and custom adapters.
  • Create and manage viewpoints, hierarchies, and alternate business perspectives.
  • Govern changes to enterprise data through request-driven workflows and validations.
  • Implement data synchronization strategies using REST APIs and subscriptions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, with a focus on EDM.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata governance, and enterprise hierarchies.
  • Experience with REST APIs, data integration tools, and Smart View.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle EDM Cloud certification.
  • Experience with related Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Planning, FCCS, PCMCS).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
