Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst supports Restaurants within their assigned division by building and interpreting financial data that guides operational and strategic decisions. The role requires strong technical skills in analysis, modeling, and reporting, as well as the ability to translate findings into clear communication, presentations, and insights that highlight business opportunities for leadership. This position is hands-on, with active involvement in both the data and the business to ensure insights drive impact. Â
Your Impact and Responsibilities:Â
Support recurring reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) with accurate, actionable insightsÂ
Deliver clear, timely financial reporting and commentary on business performance, trends, and forecasts to guide decision-making at both the Restaurant and company levels Â
Assess performance of marketing initiatives by analyzing costs, incremental sales lift, and break-even thresholds to provide actionable insights and guide future promotional strategiesÂ
Build and maintain financial models and tools to analyze results, optimize profitability, and strengthen reporting capabilitiesÂ
Conducts ad-hoc analysis focused on financial performance and operational metrics as the need arises, delivering timely insights to stakeholdersÂ
Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including Marketing, FP&A, Business Intelligence, IT, and Operations to support strategic initiativesÂ
Create and deliver financial presentations that clearly communicate findings and opportunities to leadershipÂ
Contribute to the annual budget development and quarterly re-forecasts through the preparation, validation, and system upload of financial dataÂ

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Â
3+ years of financial analysis experience within a public companyÂ
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceÂ
Proven ability to transform financial analysis into strategic insights that influence business outcomesÂ
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights to leadershipÂ
Proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, planning software) with the technical ability to adapt quickly to new systemsÂ
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearlyÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
Experience in multi-unit retail or Restaurant industriesÂ
