Lockton is seeking a dynamic and analytical Population Health Consultant to join our well-established and respected team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing multi-year, customized population health strategies for employer-sponsored programs. Leveraging deep analysis of client-specific data—including demographics, organizational culture, medical and pharmacy claims, and prevalent health conditions—you will develop tailored solutions that address healthcare cost drivers, mitigate risk, and enhance workforce productivity. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly integrate into Lockton’s culture of collaboration and high performance with a focus on excellence in client consulting and service delivery.

· Create multi-year population health strategies tailored to employer clients. Design evidence-based employee incentive programs to boost participation in employer-sponsored health initiatives, incorporating industry best practices.
· Partner with population health team members to evaluate and recommend appropriate resources and vendors that align with client goals, objectives, and budgets. Lead client facing delivery of baseline and ongoing reporting to assess program effectiveness and value. Collaborate with core service team to manage vendor relationships and monitor program performance and ROI.
· Partner with population health team members to identify key disease states within employee populations and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations to address them. Deliver presentation of insights from medical, pharmacy, onsite clinic, and wellness program data using Lockton’s proprietary data analytics platform.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third-party wellness, disease management, onsite clinic, and targeted intervention vendors, as well as carrier population health capabilities.
· Stay informed on regulatory issues affecting employer-sponsored health programs, ensuring all strategies and incentive programs comply with legal standards.
· Maintain consistency and quality by adhering to established processes and client deliverables.
· Contribute meaningfully to internal workgroups which support development of internal processes as well as content, tools, and materials that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
· Collaborate with internal partners such as Executive Medical Directors, pharmacy consulting team, actuarial team, and compliance to deliver quality consulting to clients.
· Contribute to the development of case studies, articles, and supporting materials to illustrate impact and outcomes of population health programs.
· Develop and deliver compelling presentations on population health services to internal teams, clients, and prospects. Regularly meet with clients and core service teams to evaluate and support ongoing initiatives, including travel to client sites as needed.
· Identify emerging trends in population health and contribute to innovative solutions/strategies.
· Provide support for prospecting and sales strategies, as needed.
· Collaborate effectively within a dynamic population health team that has diverse backgrounds in consulting, program implementation/management, health informatics, member advocacy and complex claims management.

· Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 7+ years’ experience in worksite health and wellness program development.
· Deep knowledge of employer-sponsored population health, wellness, disease management, and vendor ecosystems.
· Skilled in delivering compelling presentations independently or as part of a team and in communicating healthcare data insights to diverse audiences, including the C-Suite.
· Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at resolving issues and driving optimal outcomes in a timely and professional manner.
· Curious, growth-oriented, and business-savvy.
· Willing to travel for client engagements and business development.
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot, Viva Engage)
