What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers planning a move
• Build rapport quickly and guide customers through the booking process
• Close sales with confidence using a consultative approach
• Navigate systems efficiently while staying engaged on the phone
• Bring energy, urgency, and a results-driven mindset to every call

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a competitive edge
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every day
• Bring high energy to every call and confidently lead customers to a close

Schedule (Afternoon/Evening Shifts Only)

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Compensation

• $15–$17/hour base pay + commission
• Average earnings: $20–$25/hour with commission
• Top performers earn even more
