Financial Analyst, Debt Administration & Execution - Plano, TX (Hybrid)

As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Financial Analyst to support the Debt Capital Markets team.

The Debt Capital Markets Analyst supports the Debt Capital Markets team with a primary focus on loan administration, transaction reporting, and documentation management. This role is deeply integrated into the operational side of debt placement and requires a process‑driven, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. While financial analysis is part of the role, the emphasis is on execution, organization, communication, and real estate documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, documentation, and operational excellence within the fast pace digital real estate capital markets environment. The strongest candidates are self‑starters who take ownership of processes, communicate clearly, and bring a high level of organization to a fast‑moving team.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Administration & Documentation

  • Take ownership of loan documentation workflows, including gathering, reviewing, organizing, and tracking loan agreements, term sheets, amendments, and closing packages
  • Coordinate directly with lenders, sponsors, attorneys, and third‑party vendors to ensure timely delivery of required documents
  • Review and interpret real estate documentation—leases, rent rolls, loan documents, appraisals, environmental reports, and engineering assessments—to identify key terms, risks, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date transaction files, checklists, and audit‑ready records

Reporting & Transaction Management

  • Prepare recurring transaction reports, pipeline summaries, lender updates, and internal status dashboards
  • Track and manage monthly and quarterly debt service payments across multiple facilities.
  • Track critical dates, deliverables, and milestones across multiple active transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain lender conditions, covenants, and post‑closing requirements, escalating issues as needed
  • Support the team in preparing offering materials, executive summaries, and other marketing materials for various debt facilities

KYC, Compliance & Onboarding

  • Lead KYC/AML information gathering for sponsors and counterparties, ensuring timely completion of lender compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal compliance teams and external lenders to resolve documentation gaps or follow‑up requests

Real Estate Analysis & Market Support

  • Assist with basic financial underwriting, including reviewing operating statements, rent rolls, and market data
  • Support asset positioning discussions and occasional property site visits
  • Conduct research on lenders, markets, and capital sources to support deal strategy and team initiatives

Team Support & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Capital Markets team members, Lenders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from underwriting through closing
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholder, third parties, such as borrower’s counsel, title, appraiser, and lenders to manage expectations and maintain transaction momentum
  • Contribute to process improvements, workflow enhancements, and special projects related to reporting, compliance, or market intelligence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, loan administration, debt operations, or capital markets
  • Strong understanding of debt products, loan structures, and lender requirements
  • Ability to read, interpret, and track loan documents, servicing agreements, leases, and third‑party reports
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and reporting cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer‑facing presence
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes
