Job Summary

We are looking for an HR leader who can build and scale our HR function from the ground up. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment while delivering consistent, trackable results.

The ideal candidate has strong multi-state HR experience with a must-have understanding of California labor laws and compliance.
