Security & Governance:
Implement IAM, SSO, OAuth2, and JWT; follow AWS security best practices and enterprise governance standards
Apply secure access controls, secrets management, and dependency scanning
Partner with architecture and governance teams to ensure platform controls align with enterprise policies
Leadership & Delivery:
Own technical direction and architecture for Python-based services, AWS platform capabilities, and MWAA-based scheduler modernization
Break down roadmaps into milestones; drive estimations, delivery predictability, and risk management
Lead design reviews, establish engineering standards, and approve critical architectural decisions
Mentor engineers; provide feedback and growth plans; foster high-quality code, documentation, and operational excellence
