The Lead Power Electronics Engineer will lead the design and development of next-generation DC-DC power conversion products for AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, telecom, and advanced computing applications. This role will focus on both high-voltage and low-voltage intermediate bus converter (IBC) modules, including regulated and unregulated bus architectures, high-current power delivery systems, and advanced isolated and non-isolated conversion platforms.

The engineer will drive the complete hardware development cycle—from system architecture and topology selection through simulation, validation, and high-volume production—while collaborating with global R&D teams across firmware, controls, magnetics, thermal, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines.

This position requires strong expertise in intermediate bus converter architectures, high-density power design, resonant and soft-switching topologies, and advanced GaN and SiC power devices. Experience with both high-voltage bus conversion systems (800V and ±400V architectures) and low-voltage high-current IBC modules is highly desired.

The role will also provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, support technology roadmaps, and help position OmniOn Power as a leader in next-generation AI and data center power delivery solutions.
