The Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and coordinating the operational and logistical functions of fleet for Elitek vehicles using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve the tracking processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Essential Job Duties

  • Manage the lifecycle of assets for Elitek, including:
    - Technician Tools & Equipment
    - Fleet Vehicles
    - IT Equipment (computers, phones & hot spots)
    - Elitek Asset Tracking (EATS)
    - Fixed Asset Register
  • Create and manage procedures related to ongoing asset audits.
  • Assist General Managers in performing asset audits, including audits of storage facilities
  • Assist General Managers in processing disposals related to theft or other major loss.
  • Create and distribute reports in Asset Panda to ensure all tools' locations are known and accurate.
  • Provide assistance to General Managers with fleet-related purchases and disposals.
  • Create and manage procedures for purchasing, distributing, and returning computers, phones, and hot spots assigned to employees.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all relevant assigned tasks.
  • Audit the Fixed Asset Register monthly, updating Asset Panda as necessary.
  • Assist in implementing new programs, initiatives, and special projects as needed.
  • Assist the Service Center Manager and Business Directors in collecting and analyzing operational data as needed.

​Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Logistics, Asset Control, or Inventory Management preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent writing and communication skills, including proper grammar and etiquette.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers on training and support objectives.
  • Ability to analyze own work product to ensure a high degree of accuracy in the final product
  • Ability to work in a continuously evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel overnight, out of state.
  • Must be able to operate a personal computer.
  • Required to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and stoop for due diligence walks.
