The Staff Pad is partnering with leading, fast-growing and nationally backed roofing company in Dallas, TX and we are looking to hire Program Estimators to prepare accurate, program-compliant estimates and coordinate with insurance carriers, internal sales teams, and field operations.
In this role you will be responsible for moving projects efficiently from inspection and damage assessment through estimate approval and the next stage of the customer journey.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Occasional weekends as needed
Compensation Â
- Base Salary: $36,000 per year + 0.75% of contract value upon job invoice + $30 per estimate
- Estimated Total Income: $70,000–$110,000 annually
What You’ll Do
Estimate Preparation & Accuracy
- Review HOVER reports, job photos, and inspection details to assess damage and required repairs
- Prepare accurate, program-aligned estimates using Xactimate or Cotality
- Produce 6–10 accurate, approval-ready estimates daily
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline of files for revisions and supplements
- Ensure estimates and supporting documentation are complete and accurate
Carrier & Program Coordination
- Submit completed estimates to insurance carriers for review and approval.
- Ensure estimates comply with applicable program guidelines and requirements
- Review estimates based on carrier feedback and make timely, accurate revisions
- Maintain professional communication with carrier partners to support efficient approvals and strong working relationships
Internal Collaboration
- Communicate promptly with the inside sales team when estimates are finalized to ensure a smooth customer transition
- Support field teams with estimate clarification, guidance, and revisions as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation within company systems
- Collaborate across teams to keep projects moving efficiently from estimate through completion
What We’re Looking For
- Estimating experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, or related fields
- Xactimate or Cotality proficiency with strong knowledge of estimating and repair documentation
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet daily production goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with carriers, sales teams, and field personnel
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed
