Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage the movement and organization of clothing racks within the store to ensure optimal placement and accessibility for customers. - Collaborate with team members to sort, categorize, and display donated items according to established guidelines and standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all areas are free of clutter and safety hazards. - Assist in the inventory management process by accurately tracking and recording the movement of items within the store. - Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items and answering questions about merchandise. - Support the store's overall operational goals by participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions aimed at improving efficiency and sales. - Uphold the values and mission of GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF DALLAS INC by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to community service in all interactions. QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Required Experience: - Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred. - Experience with inventory management systems is advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
