Scott & Associates, P.C. is a well-established, multi-state legal recoveries law firm seeking a motivated and professional Recruiting Specialist to join the team.


Since our founding in 2000, we’ve grown into a leading force in debt recovery litigation, providing trusted and comprehensive legal solutions for major banks and creditors nationwide.


Our teams are driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering results, and we’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist who shares this mindset.


The Recruiting Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our growth efforts and would recruit for legal and administrative roles across multiple office locations.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone early-to-mid-career who’s organized, people-focused, and ready to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across multiple states.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer extension.
  • Assist with job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process improvements and special projects.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in High-Volume Recruiting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
  • Tech-savvy, able to navigate email, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking systems with ease.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
