Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

- Lead technical engagements with key customers, serving as the point of contact for critical projects.- Mentor and guide junior FAEs, providing technical direction and leadership in customer-facing projects.- Take ownership of complex technical challenges, ensuring proactive solutions and project success.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, priorities, and resources.

Customer Solutions Development

- Lead the effort to understand customer requirements and develop tailored, optimized solutions.- Prepare and present design proposals and technical submittals while influencing customer decisions.- Oversee and perform on-site testing, installation, and troubleshooting of systems.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, ensuring early involvement in design-in projects.- Serve as a trusted advisor for customer technical needs and escalate issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.- Work closely with internal teams (HQ and Factory) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of deliverables.

Technical Expertise and Training

- Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.- Act as the go-to technical expert on data center solutions, power electronics, UPS systems, and power distribution technologies.

- Troubleshoot field failures and recommend improvements to products or processes.

- Continuously identify and communicate industry trends to the sales and product teams.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- 5 + years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a leadership role within the data center, UPS, or power distribution industry.- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing customer relationships, driving projects, and mentoring teams.- Strong background in Power Electronics with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
