ScholarTrip is seeking a Travel Coordinator to support student and university travel programs. This full-time position is based in Plano, TX and offers $24–$30/hour. You will coordinate travel arrangements, assist customers, and ensure every trip is organized accurately and efficiently.

Duties
• Coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Book flights and travel services.
• Manage group travel itineraries.
• Communicate with airlines and partners.
• Resolve travel changes and issues.
• Maintain accurate travel records.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of travel coordination experience.
• Knowledge of airline booking procedures.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online booking systems.

Extra Skills (Optional)
• Experience with GDS platforms.
• Knowledge of student travel programs.
• Second language is a plus.
