The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading law firm in Plano, TX to recruit a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled & resourceful legal professional to work together with firm leadership, playing a key role in supporting complex litigation matters from inception through resolution while making a meaningful impact on the success of the team.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and file pleadings and other legal documents in both state and federal courts
  • Support cases from intake through resolution by assisting with client intake calls, discovery, scheduling, and overall case management
  • Prepare materials for hearings and trials, with attendance at proceedings as needed
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely communication, updates, and a supportive client experience

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Prior litigation experience with state and federal court filings, drafting pleadings, and preparing legal documents in proper court format
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at the firm's office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required
  • Personal injury litigation experience is a plus, though candidates with transferable litigation experience are encouraged to apply
