MTH Pumps of Plano, IL is seeking to hire a full-time Assembly worker to work as part of a team to meet increased customer demands for our manufactured pumps. This position offers a competitive wage of $16.00/hour, plus a $1 increase after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, and we offer medical and dental insurance. MTH Pumps operates Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 pm, so they also enjoy having their evenings free!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF An Assembler

No two days are the same in our Assembly department! Responsibilities range from building (assembling) pumps and attaching to electric motors to testing pumps to ensure performance of the pump prior to shipping. If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the completed item work properly, this is the position for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of basic mechanical and small tool experience.
• Dependable and willing to learn.
