As a Distribution Associate, you'll build core warehouse skills that keep clinical-grade supplies moving accurately and on time. This is an onsite role supports daily fulfillment and inventory flow, so customers get what they need without delays.
Key responsibilities include:Â
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strong accuracy
- Process shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading, unpacking, and inspection
- Verify counts, lot/serial numbers, and expiration dates against packing lists or POs
- Enter receipts/shipments into warehouse software, print/apply labels, and put inventory away
- Assist with loading/unloading and help maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace
Required skills/qualifications:Â

- Detail-focused, organized, and able to multitask
- Clear communicator and reliable teammate
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse management systems
- Able to lift, tug, and push heavy items up to 50 pounds as needed
Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a distribution setting.Â
Education/ Certifications
- Highschool Diploma/ GED
