Job DetailsJob Location: Central Florida - Plant City, FL 33566Job Shift: DayWe Are Seeking a Custodian/ Sanitation  Overview: Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. Responsibilities: Maintaining the cleanliness of a building and surrounding areas Sanitizing restrooms facilities Sanitizing offices facilities Collecting Trash and taken to dumpsters area/recycling Clean floors, walls, racks, ceiling at high altitudes Changing air filters and cleaning vents Clean around refrigeration units at high altitudes Dusting all surfaces Washing windows Clean spills caused by food or beverages They also complete outdoor chores Handle minor repairs related to general building maintenance, changing light bulbs at high altitudes, changing curtains, changing or repair door knobs, painting, put handles on the walls Maintain records of activities performed on the facilities Report to the manager Follows written and verbal instructions from the managers Time-management and multitasking abilities Use cleaning products (chemicals) Organization skills Sweep and mop floors Requirements:  Ability to be on their feet for long hours and work in confined spaces Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 33 to 55 degrees Available to work on weekends.
