Service Contract Manager

Job Summary:

Create and manage Preventative Maintenance program, increasing departmental revenue through additional efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

· Create Preventive Maintenance schedule for Lube Technicians, working closely with Service managers and customers

· Dispatch Lube Technicians

· Manage Lube Technicians, providing direction as required

· Prepare Preventive Maintenance quotes for customers

· Input data regarding equipment, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related items into computerized maintenance system

· Open and close work orders

· Ensure oil sample protocol is adhered to by Lube Technicians

· Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed

· Monitor operational performance and efficiencies

· Other tasks as requested by manager

Skills/Experience

· Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience

· Five years technician experience

· Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

· Ability to collaborate and encourage employee involvement
