ABOUT INSPECTED

Inspected is a fast-growing, tech-enabled platform revolutionizing remote inspections and permitting for the construction industry. We serve homebuilders, HVAC, solar, roofing, pool, and commercial and residential contractors across Florida, Texas, and Tennessee — with new markets coming soon.

We are one of South Florida’s fastest-growing companies with 100% growth for three consecutive years. Our proprietary platform, Permit Hub, is transforming a process that once took months into one that takes days. This is a high-energy, high-growth environment where every team member makes a real and visible impact on our customers and our mission.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Training Specialist supports Inspected’s fast-growing Private Provider operation by building and delivering training — to new contractor clients learning our platform, and to internal teams who need to operate it accurately and compliantly. This role also maintains compliance documentation and helps ensure regulatory standards are met across every jurisdiction Inspected serves.

The right person is someone who can take a process that lives in someone’s head and turn it into a training session, a written guide, and a repeatable habit — for a brand-new contractor client and a brand-new Permit Coordinator alike.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Contractor & Client Training

  • Develop and deliver onboarding training for new contractor clients, covering how to submit requests, use Permit Hub, and work with Inspected’s virtual inspection process
  • Build clear, repeatable training materials — guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs — that reduce the number of basic questions new clients need to ask support
  • Host live or virtual training sessions for new contractor accounts and answer platform and process questions in real time
  • Gather feedback from new clients during onboarding and flag recurring confusion points to the Compliance Lead for process or material updates

Internal Team Training & Enablement

  • Train internal positions — including Permit Coordinators, Customer Support Specialists, and other operational roles — on compliance processes, platform tools, and standard operating procedures
  • Build and maintain internal training materials and onboarding checklists so new hires ramp consistently regardless of who trains them
  • Partner with department leads to identify training gaps as roles, tools, or jurisdictions change, and build refresher training accordingly
  • Support new-hire onboarding sessions covering compliance basics, documentation standards, and platform navigation

Compliance Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and manage compliance documentation, ensuring Private Provider records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across active jurisdictions
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required, using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track training communications, follow-ups, and client relationships

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage scheduling for training sessions, onboarding calls, and compliance audits across multiple stakeholders
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and precision in all compliance-related materials and correspondence
  • Manage multiple training projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced start-up environment

WHAT YOU BRING

To perform this job successfully, the individual must meet the following qualifications. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required

  • High school diploma or GED required; minimum of one year of experience in training, customer service, or customer success
  • Ability to independently research, analyze, organize, and summarize processes into clear, well-written training materials and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment, collaborating and supporting multiple business units and external clients
  • Self-starter who works well independently and within a team while managing numerous projects and priorities at once
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with contractor clients and all levels of the internal organization
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as HubSpot

Preferred

  • Prior experience building or delivering training programs or onboarding curricula
  • Experience in construction, permitting, inspection, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Private Provider or municipal compliance processes

WHY JOIN INSPECTED

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Health benefits and 401(k)
  • A front-row seat to one of South Florida’s fastest-growing tech companies
  • A collaborative, high-energy culture that values clarity, initiative, and impact
  • Real ownership over how new clients and new hires experience Inspected for the first time
