Miami Cerebral Palsy Residential Services, Inc. is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician. Â
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of buildings, equipment, and and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Must possess as a minimum a High School diploma.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC system, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
- General knowledge in fire and life safety equipment.
- A/C certified or technical training is preferred.
- ust be able to read, write and speak English language.
- Be of good moral character.
- Must be knowledgeable of safe maintenance practices, procedures, safety regulations and guidelines.
- Must have a current valid driver's license and excellent and clear driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation, excellent and clear driving record.
