Open Positions
1st Shift – Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position: Catalog Assembler
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Overtime & Saturday work as needed
2nd Shift – Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Positions: Assemblers (2 openings)
Starting Pay: $20/hr during training
After completing training and moving to 2nd shift, a $1/hr shift differential applies ? $21/hr
Responsibilities
Learn and execute safe assembly practices for 2”–36” assembly, including OGS and AGS.
Perform in-process inspections (dimensional, orientation, parts) and additional inspections per product specifications.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and verify finished products meet or exceed customer standards.
Ensure all tools are in safe working condition and calibration is up to date.
Navigate Medix effectively for job/spool requirements.
Complete all daily checklists and TPMs.
Uphold 5S standards within the work area.
Communicate with Line Leads, Supervisors, Operations Manager, and Engineering regarding discrepancies in drawings, models, or BOMs.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows) preferred.
Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes.
Strong shop math skills (fractions to decimals) and ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers, vernier scale) preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Good problem-solving abilities desired.
Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and be self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
