As a PRN (as-needed) Dishwasher, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, while also assisting with other kitchen duties as needed.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using both manual and machine methods.Â
- Load and unload dishwashers.Â
- Ensure proper drying and storage of clean items.Â
- Prioritize loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware.Â

- Kitchen Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.Â
- Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, and remove trash.Â

- Assisting with Other Duties:
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients) as needed.Â
- May be required to help with bussing tables or other food service tasks.Â
- Assist with unloading deliveries.Â

- Equipment Maintenance:
- Regularly check and maintain the dishwasher and other cleaning equipment.Â
