Allegiance Trucks has an exciting opportunity at our growing dealership for a Fixed Operations Branch Manager! As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments
- Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments
- Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments
- Develop employees to enhance their performance and career growth
- Uphold Allegiance Truck’s customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally
- Foster a positive work environment
- Stay up on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance better serve our customers and grow market share.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field
- Valid state driver's license is required
- Must maintain a clean driving record
