Full-Time & Part-Time: $18.00–$25.12/hr

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll do more than just provide support to individuals with disabilities. You’ll build real, lifelong connections, memorable experiences, a lasting impact on the people we support. Whether it’s helping with daily living skills, participating in a community event, or cheering someone on as they reach a new goal, your work truly matters.

What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals with daily living needs such as meals, hygiene, and medication.
- Provide companionship and encouragement during recreational and community activities.
- Help create opportunities for growth.
- Keep accurate records of progress and activities.
- Participate in training and team meetings to continue to grow your skills.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
Pay & Benefits
- Shift differentials for evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- Paid time off after 90 days.
- DSP Apprenticeship Program – earn up to 35 college credits for free.
