We are currently seeking Support Staff professionals to join our growing Adult Residential and Crisis programs serving adults, children, and families across the North Country. We Are Hiring For
- Full-Time and Part-Time positionsÂ
- Evening (2nd Shift) and Overnight (3rd Shift) schedulesÂ
- Adult Residential ProgramsÂ
- Adult & Children’s Crisis HousesÂ
What You’ll Do
As a Support Staff team member, you will provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or life stability challenges by helping create a safe, supportive, recovery-focused environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents and participants with daily living skillsÂ
- Providing emotional support, de-escalation, and encouragementÂ
- Assistingindividuals in developing coping and wellness strategiesÂ
- Maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming environmentÂ
- Supporting transportation, appointments, activities, and community integrationÂ
- Observing self-medication administration per program protocolsÂ
- Documenting services and participant interactionsÂ
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary behavioral health teamsÂ
- Assistingduring crisis stabilization and recovery support servicesÂ

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Human services, behavioral health, psychology, social work, or related experience preferredÂ
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health or substance use challenges is a plusÂ
- Valid NYS Driver’s Licenserequired
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as scheduledÂ
