We are currently seeking Support Staff professionals to join our growing Adult Residential and Crisis programs serving adults, children, and families across the North Country. We Are Hiring For

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions 
  • Evening (2nd Shift) and Overnight (3rd Shift) schedules 
  • Adult Residential Programs 
  • Adult & Children’s Crisis Houses 

What You’ll Do

As a Support Staff team member, you will provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or life stability challenges by helping create a safe, supportive, recovery-focused environment.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting residents and participants with daily living skills 
  • Providing emotional support, de-escalation, and encouragement 
  • Assistingindividuals in developing coping and wellness strategies 
  • Maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming environment 
  • Supporting transportation, appointments, activities, and community integration 
  • Observing self-medication administration per program protocols 
  • Documenting services and participant interactions 
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams 
  • Assistingduring crisis stabilization and recovery support services 

No two shifts are the same and every shift matters.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Human services, behavioral health, psychology, social work, or related experience preferred 
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health or substance use challenges is a plus 
  • Valid NYS Driver’s Licenserequired
  • Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
