Office Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of a growing construction company. This role helps keep projects, payroll, billing, and office operations running smoothly while supporting both the field team and leadership.
We welcome candidates with experience, but we are also open to motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow into the role. Training will be provided for the right person with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer payments and maintain records in QuickBooks Online
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and vendor payments
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports (WH-347)
• Help maintain project documentation and job files
• Draft and process work orders, contracts, and change orders
• Support payroll preparation and time tracking
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and field crews
• Track project information, documentation, and job updates
• Help maintain organized office operations and supplies
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Experience in QuickBooks, payroll, or construction operations is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
