Job Summary:
This position is accountable for preparing and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. This includes audits of pay practices and policies, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax liabilities and various voluntary deductions and preparing manual checks as necessary.Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) years Computerized payroll experience (required)
- Minimum one (1) year Healthcare payroll (preferred)
- Minimum one (1) year With quarterly 941's and W-2 processing (preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Computer Skills 10-key by touch.
Experience with ERP/Payroll systems. - Computer Skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and time and attendance systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
