Brady Corporation is looking for an Assembly Technician - Dot Peen for our Engraving Solutions business, which includes our Brady and Gravotech brands. In this hands-on role, located in Pittsburgh (Cranberry Township), the individual will assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on Dot Peen marking machines. 

Qualifications
  • Process daily Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documents daily; unpack, sort, and record all necessary information (e.g., model numbers, part numbers, and customer information).
  • Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs on customer equipment. 
  • Accurately document all necessary information (e.g. parts, labor hours) on RMA forms, and conduct on-site field service calls at customer facilities as needed.
  • Fulfill new machine orders by analyzing sales specifications, gathering necessary components, and assembling spare part kits.
  • Inspect, test, and securely package finished machines for delivery to the Shipping department. Ensure shipping checklists, tags, and documentation are complete and attached.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, band saws, drill presses, and bench grinders to complete precision mechanical assemblies.
  • Track, repair, and maintain reserve machine inventory designated for backup deployment and customer demonstrations.
