Job DetailsJob Location: Pleasant Grove - PLEASANT GROVE, UT 84062Summary The Fintech BSA Manager owns the BSA Department's relationships with the Bank's Fintechs, ensuring they fulfill their contractual and regulatory obligations to the Bank. This role performs due diligence on prospective Fintechs, coordinates program changes driven by regulatory or internal developments, and serves as the primary compliance relationship point of contact for Fintech Solutions, working closely with the BSA Officer and VP, Deputy BSA Officer. The Fintech BSA Manager has dotted line reporting to the Deputy BSA Officer in enforcing BSA Program internal controls in the Bank’s Fintech programs. Responsibilities Implements and enforces the Bank’s BSA Program for Fintechs on behalf of the BSA Department. Carries out the vision and directives of the BSA Officer regarding Fintech BSA program oversight. Coordinate with the BSA Officer and VP, Deputy BSA Officer to ensure Fintechs are meeting their contractual responsibilities to the Bank. Perform initial due diligence on potential and new Fintechs prior to onboarding. Partner with the BSA Officer and VP, Deputy BSA Officer to implement program changes driven by regulatory change or internal developments. Recommend updates to the Bank's AML/CFT Requirements for Fintechs. Educate Fintechs on Bank AML/CFT Requirements and enforce and ensure those Requirements are met. Build and maintain relationships with internal Compliance and Fintech Solutions teams, as well as with Fintech counterparts. Monitor and enforce SLAs required under the AML/CFT Requirements for Fintechs and internal partners. Coordinate with internal and Fintech Solutions stakeholders on issue management and remediation. Prioritize and provide a high level of service on Fintech initiatives and requests. Provide timely, responsive support to internal business partners on Fintech-related matters. Attend internal committee and working group meetings as assigned by the BSA Officer. Perform other duties as assigned by the BSA Officer. QualificationsSpecifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience, including experience with third-party or vendor risk management. ACAMS (CAMS) certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire. Strong understanding of BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, and sanctions requirements as applied to third-party/fintech relationships. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner relationships and competing priorities simultaneously. Preferred Specifications and Requirements Experience working directly with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or fintech programs. Experience with third-party/vendor risk management frameworks and contract oversight. Familiarity with transaction monitoring/case management platforms such as NICE Actimize, Verafin, or Unit21.
