Job DetailsJob Location: ZBI Corporate - Zanesville, OH 43701Salary Range: $27.00 - $37.00Job Summary: The Hydrovac Foreman maximizes productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring the safety, efficiency and quality in all service projects. The Hydrovac Foreman ensures that all work conforms to Company policy, as well as all relevant OSHA regulations. Proficiency in all forms of hydro-excavation as well as the multitude of service offerings ensures expert oversight.  Essential Functions: •    Plan, coordinate and supervise all on-site functions of service projects. This includes project safety, scheduling, engineering and material control. •    May authorize and / or approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions and field design changes requests. •    Provide technical assistance, recommending construction methods and equipment as required.  •    Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules etc.  •    Document any violations of project and safety requirements, notifying management immediately.  •    Interfacing with client representatives and other contractors as required. •    Work together with management to communicate production goals and quality specifications of work, discuss issues that have surfaced and recommend ideas to help team achieve project goals.    QualificationsCompetencies or Experience Requirements •    3 -5 years construction supervisory experience. •    Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.  •    Excellent negotiating skills.  •    Skilled in planning, organizing and supervising.  •    Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office  •    Strong organizational skills •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills •    Excellent problem-solving skills •    Ability to work in a team environment Education Requirements High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Safety Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Manual of Safety Practices and Procedures.
