When you join us as an Information Systems Manager Screening Services - Breast Imaging, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

 

You Will:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple teams, including direct reports who have their own teams, with a focus on supporting screening services programs, clinical AI initiatives, and advanced visualization projects.
    • Motivate teams, encouraging collaboration and innovative problem-solving across diverse perspectives.
    • Strategically delegate tasks and provide oversight to ensure successful project completion and team development.
    • Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to team members and managers, focusing on building a strong, capable leadership pipeline.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to help team members and managers achieve their full potential.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between the teams and other departments, including RadNet Leadership, Operations, Product Management, QA/QE, and Clinical Systems, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Facilitate transformation of existing strategies as they mature from experimental to established, well-understood processes, with an emphasis on stability, efficiency, and user experience.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the reporting team, to conceptualize, test, improve and troubleshoot reports related to mammography and other screening programs, assisting with both regulatory compliance and operational metrics.
    • Work with Product Management to implement and provide feedback on new product features, ensuring that they meet the needs of the screening services and AI/AV programs.
    • Oversee the team in supporting Operations with any questions about breast imaging or other screening program or AI/AV workflows, including management reports, troubleshooting, testing, tracking, clinical task workflow, and providing explanations.
    • Assist software implementation teams in clearly understanding the data and setup needs for our product in relation to screening, AI, and AV programs.
  • Strategic Oversight and Development:
    • Provide strategic oversight to ensure that all teams are aligned with the organization’s goals and that managers under this role’s supervision are developing the skills necessary to lead effectively.
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle, maintaining alignment with company objectives and compliance regulations.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how various teams within RadNet use our software solutions and integrations for breast imaging and other screening program tracking, as well as scheduler, technologist, and radiologist workflows.
    • Stay informed about all RadNet special projects related to screening programs and serve as an advisor to the product management team from a utilization perspective, keeping them updated on potential requirements and opportunities for improvement.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Management experience, five (5) years preferred, two (2) years required.
  • Breast imaging center experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and unite teams across different functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the ability to navigate complex relationships and political dynamics within the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
  • Must be meticulous and self-motivated.
  • Ability to proficiently manage multiple projects and employees.
  • High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
  • Mammo tracking experience – five (5) years preferred; two (2) years, required
  • Mammo tracking software experience including but not limited to: RIS, MRS, MagView, PenRad.
  • Must be familiar with MQSA.

Pay Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
