When you join us as a Social-First Content Producer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

 

You Will:

Content Creation & Storytelling
• Lead the creative development and production of high-quality photo and video content that supports RadNet's social media channels, marketing campaigns, recruiting efforts, community initiatives, and brand awareness.
• Develop content strategies by traveling to imaging centers, community events, and company locations to identify and capture compelling stories aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conceptualize, plan, direct, produce, and oversee the creation of engaging social-first content from concept through final production.
• Conduct interviews with physicians, employees, leadership, patients (when appropriate), and community partners to develop authentic and meaningful stories that support brand messaging.
• Independently identify storytelling opportunities and develop creative concepts that showcase the people and mission behind the RadNet and local brands.
• Determine the most effective visual approach by capturing both planned and candid moments that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Social-First Production
• Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Exercise independent judgment in determining how content should be structured, edited, captioned, and formatted to maximize engagement across each social media platform.
• Produce a variety of content including short-form videos, Reels, educational videos, employee spotlights, physician interviews, behind-the-scenes content, event coverage, recruitment content, community stories, and service line and awareness campaign content.


Video Production & Photography
• Direct all aspects of video and photography production, utilizing professional camera equipment, lighting, audio equipment, and mobile production tools to achieve creative objectives.
• Direct on-camera talent to deliver authentic, engaging, and professional content that reflects RadNet's brand standards.
• Create professional photography for use across social media, websites, marketing materials, and internal communications while ensuring consistency in visual storytelling.

 

Post-Production
• Lead the post-production process by editing photo and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and other approved creative software.
• Apply creative judgment to color correction, audio enhancements, motion graphics, captioning, music selection, and final editing to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Determine the appropriate formats, aspect ratios, and delivery methods for content across multiple digital platforms.
• Ensure all content reflects RadNet's brand standards, creative vision, and quality expectations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple creative projects to meet campaign timelines, event coverage needs, and emerging social media opportunities.

 

Creative Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, communications, operations, recruiting, clinical teams, and leadership to develop creative strategies that support organizational initiatives and campaigns.
• Lead and contribute creative direction during brainstorming sessions by recommending innovative content series, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities.
• Provide creative leadership for content coverage of company meetings, community events, conferences, and special projects as assigned.

 

Social Media & Industry Knowledge
• Serve as a subject matter expert by staying current on social media trends, platform updates, editing techniques, and emerging content formats.
• Evaluate new creative opportunities to enhance content quality, audience engagement, and visual storytelling.
• Analyze content performance in collaboration with the social media team and apply insights to refine creative strategy and future content development.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience producing video and photography content for social media, digital marketing, or related communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, photography, videography, interviewing, editing, and social media content creation. Portfolio required.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience operating professional camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and mobile content creation tools.
• Experience creating content optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, short-form video best practices, and platform-specific content strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to travel regularly throughout California and other markets as assigned.
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
