Qualifications:
- Compassionate individual who enjoys caring for others
- Strong team player with a reliable work history
- 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience in various environments (in-home care, independent/assisted living, memory care community, hospital, and rehab)
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable transportation (proof of insurance required)
- Current TB or chest X-ray
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and be occasionally on call
Primary Duties:
- Offers companionship
- Assists with daily activities such as dressing guidance, grooming, and meal preparations
- Provides medication reminders and runs errands, including light housekeeping and laundry
- Offers personal care services including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and feeding
- Provides transportation to doctor's appointments, beauty shops, and other necessary destination
