This position is located at Uline's Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee the specification, installation, testing and upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection and building automation systems.

  • Guide and develop a high-performing team to ensure consistent standards and optimal performance across all sites.

  • Drive consistent preventative and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring system reliability and compliance.

  • Direct engineering assessments and deliver strategic recommendations for building systems and upgrades.

  • Manage construction budgets and ensure accurate, timely review of invoices.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

  • 10+ years of experience overseeing teams that manager the installation and performance of large-scale building systems.

  • Experience with Data Center HVAC, UPS, generator and electrical systems.

  • Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
