Our success comes from our commitment to delivering quality products, exceptional service, and continued support to our nationwide customer base.

Titan Products is looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic individual to our team. As a Laser Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor CNC laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality steel components that meet production, dimensional, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting equipment to produce parts according to work orders, drawings, cut sheets, and production schedules.
  • Load and unload steel sheets, finished parts, and materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material-handling equipment.

  • Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments to cutting parameters, focus, gas pressure, feed rates, or other settings to maintain cut quality and productivity.
  • Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, edge quality, dross, incomplete cuts, excessive burrs, and overall workmanship.
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and other inspection equipment to verify parts meet specifications.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance, including inspection and replacement of nozzles, lenses, protective glass, and other consumable components as required.
  • Monitor assist gas, machine alarms, cutting conditions, and consumable life to help prevent downtime and maintain consistent production.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine, program, or cut-quality issues and notify maintenance or supervisors when additional support is required.
  • Remove, sort, identify, and stage finished parts for downstream manufacturing operations.
  • Accurately complete required production, inspection, scrap, and other documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including proper PPE, material handling, laser safety, and equipment-operation requirements.
  • Work closely with supervisors, maintenance, engineering, and other team members to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate machine controls and production programs.

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or manufacturing certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Get:

  • Voluntary benefit products
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Health Savings Account
