Job Description: 

4LEAF, Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong computer skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. 

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong knowledge of GAAP. Candidates should have at least two years of accounting experience, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. We are looking for motivated self-starter who can work independently while supporting the overall accounting and billing functions of the organization. 

Responsibilities: 

• Billing Coordinator – process around 100 monthly invoices
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness and obtain Project Manager approvals.
• Submit invoices to clients and respond to any billing questions.
• Keep track of budget amounts and provide information to clients upon request.
• Light collections for your assigned accounts.
• Backup for AP, AR and reception, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the accounting field.
• Dedication to quality and customer service.
• Ability to communicate well with employees and all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to changes in business conditions and environments.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software preferred but not necessary.

This is a full-time position with benefits and a starting pay range of $28.22 to $34.47 an hour. The starting base pay is dependent on the experience and qualifications of the candidate. 

Schedule: 

• Full-Time, 8-hour shifts 
• Monday to Friday 
• On-Site, in Pleasanton, CA
