We are seeking a Charity Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of fundraising events, nonprofit campaigns, and community outreach activities. This entry-level position is suited for individuals interested in nonprofit work, event coordination, community engagement, or fundraising support.

The role provides hands-on experience assisting with charity events, volunteer coordination, and event logistics while working alongside nonprofit partners and outreach teams. Training is provided, and prior experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and supporting charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives

  • Help coordinate event logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown

  • Support volunteer coordination and event staffing during fundraising events

  • Interact with event attendees, donors, and community members

  • Manage guest check-in, event registration, and attendee communication

  • Track attendance and participation metrics during events

  • Collect attendee feedback to support future event planning

  • Work with event coordinators and outreach teams to maintain organized event operations

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Interest in nonprofit organizations, community outreach, fundraising, or event coordination

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly and professional when interacting with diverse groups of people

  • Organized with good time-management skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced event environments

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or scheduled events when needed

Coursework in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or business may be helpful but is not required.
