Core Responsibility: 

• Prepare material for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion. 
• Inspect product for damage and assess the necessary repairs before painting. 
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. 
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Requirements: 

• HS diploma or equivalent, required. 
• Previous experience in a paint shop is preferred. 
• Familiarity with painting techniques is highly desirable. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. 
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
