WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Manage assigned service customer accounts, meet or exceed financial targets, and provide outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage time between on-site/off-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
- Understand the company’s entire service and product portfolio to best advise customers and ensure they meet their business goals.
- Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations.
- Develop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of work.
- Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area.
- Lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewals.
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- Fire-specific NICET Level 1 certification required; NICET Level II preferred.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with National Fire Protection Association codes, including Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and Sprinkler.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess valid CA driver’s license.
