🏋️♂️ Techniques We Use
- Active Release Technique (ART)
- Graston
- Post-Isometric Relaxation
- Doctor-Assisted Stretching
- McKenzie Method
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
- Webster Technique (a plus for pelvic floor patients, not mandatory)
