Your Role

As a Grinder Operator, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality parts efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating grinders to fabricate precision parts with care and accuracy.
• Inspecting completed parts for defects to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Collaborating with supervisors and senior operators to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

What You Bring

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of machining or grinding experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills and an eye for detail.
