Receiving product Meat cutting and wrapping Clean-up and sanitation Stocking meat counter Putting product away in cooler and freezer Coaching department team members for performance improvement. Assist with the creation of department work schedules Weekly Computer-Paperwork Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook. QualificationsKnowledge Skills Needed: World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to create a “team” atmosphere. Ability to lead, motivate, coach & direct team members. Ability to follow safety standards & required operating procedures  Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80 pounds. Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & computer technology. Schedule: 8-hour shift Holidays Availability to work weekends as needed
