Donnelly鈥檚 Home Services, a trusted name in Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical, is looking for a dynamic HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing team. This role is not just about managing the team- it鈥檚 about fostering a sense of shared purpose, driving performance through data analysis, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while meeting key business objectives!

Compensation $90,000-100,000/yr plus bonuses

-$2500 Sign on bonus

What You鈥檒l Do:

  • Drive Revenue and margin for the HVAC Service Department
  • Recruit, onboard, and train A Players
  • Conduct ride-alongs, providing feedback to strengthen team.聽
  • Hold Donnelly鈥檚 standard for exceptional technicians and service.
  • Oversee daily HVAC operations and field performance
  • Ensure service quality, safety, and code compliance
  • Manage scheduling, dispatching, and technician productivity
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, budgeting, and growth initiatives
  • Drive adoption of systems (e.g., ServiceTitan) and KPI tracking

Requirements

Who You Are:

Experienced: 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the HVAC trade.聽

Emotionally Intelligent: You understand how to create a culture of trust, belonging, and shared purpose, fostering a team that feels safe, connected, and motivated to succeed.

A Data-Driven Leader: You excel at analyzing and interpreting data, budgets, and margins to inform decisions and drive results.

A Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Work Schedule and Expectations: Candidates must be adaptable and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The position may involve work outside of standard business hours to accommodate project or operational needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities are essential.
